Test
IBC's
Global Business Competency
Test is a
revolutionary on-line tool that assesses the level of
global/multicultural
mindset and business capability in the global business
environment. This
first-of-its-kind assessment test is designed to measure one's
potential for
success in the world market, a critical capability in the 21st century.
The Test will be open to both
individuals
who wish to take the Test on their own, and corporations seeking to
assess
their employees' competencies in global/multicultural business.

The GBC Test will be available on-line
in two formats:
- Standard
Version: 100 questions (~90
minutes)
In-depth assessment of global
proficiency and comprehensive analysis of test taker's strengths and
weaknesses
- Condensed
Version: 60
questions (~45 minutes)
Ideal for those looking for a complete
and descriptive, but quick assessment
A hard
copy version of the GBC Test will
soon be available for the Japanese market only. Pricing for the
Japanese hard copy test will be announced in April, 2007. Please

Test Results
Within 48 hours of
completing the test, the test taker will receive an explicit yet
easy-to-decode Diagnosis Report containing:
a) Overall numerical score and diagnosis
b) Area
scores on radar charts
c) Area
diagnoses and suggestions for improvement
Registration
- Individual Registration: The
GBC Test will be available through the IBC Catalog
- Corporate
Registration: Corporate
clients will be
invited
to enroll
in a corporate membership, which allows multiple employees to
participate in
the GBC Test.
