Robert Radway, JD, MBA

Robert Radway, an IBC instructor on North America, Europe, Latin America,
Asia and global/virtual/multicultural teams, is a seasoned international business
professional who has negotiated projects and transactions in more than 40 countries.
He has consulted on strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions
and various technology transfer projects on five continents, and advises top
corporate managers on strategy implementation and global positioning.
He has developed and implemented in-depth training programs for business
units on joint ventures, multicultural and virtual global team building,
and cross-cultural negotiations for clients in the USA, Europe and Asia,
including certain governments. Mr. Radway is the author of numerous articles
on international business and has been an Adjunct Professor at two Universities
in New York, and a visiting Adjunct Professor in several countries in
Europe, Asia and Latin America for various international business subjects.
He has also trained government officials of many countries, and served
as a consultant to certain UN agencies.
In addition to his contributions to IBC, Mr. Radway serves
as a Director of World GTL, Inc., an alternate fuels
company, and Chairman and President of the University
of Michigan Club of NY Scholarship Fund, Inc. (a non-profit). Mr. Radway
received a BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and
a JD degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
He attended the Hague Academy of International Law, the Netherlands, and
served as a Research Officer for the British Institute of International
and Comparative Law, London, before practicing international corporate
law as both an in-house and outside counsel for more than 20 years. |
